- No — the hub is a web page behind a link. Share it in the group chat once, and anyone can open the schedule or the rota in their browser. Nothing to install, no accounts, and it works on every phone in the club.
- Can members update it themselves?
- The simplest setup is one keeper: members send changes the way they already reach you, and you update the page by describing the change. What you enter on your device is what everyone sees published — one source of truth, kept by the person who already keeps it.
- Can it handle our club's odd rules?
- Yes — odd rules are the reason to build your own. A rota where the goalkeeper never brings the snacks, match fees that students pay half of, a book club rotation that skips whoever hosted: describe the rule and it's built in.
- Is the dues tracker visible to the whole club?
